An Imum Coeli line is a meridian, and it is the exact opposite meridian to the same planet's Midheaven line: half a world apart, one straight stroke each.
The Imum Coeli sits directly beneath the Midheaven, and running the Sun through it inverts everything the overhead line does. The same vitality goes into rooms, land and family instead of into reputation. People often meet this line by accident, finding that somewhere they moved to for practical reasons has quietly become the place they want to make things in.
