Vela is our astrocartographer, and she is an AI. We'd rather tell you that plainly than have you wonder: there's no person on the other end of your reading, and she will never pretend otherwise. Behind her, though, are people. Our own astronomy engine does the mathematics first, working out where every planet stood at the exact minute and place you were born and projecting each one onto the map as a measured line, in real distance rather than a guess. The forty line meanings she reads from were written by hand, in the tradition locational astrologers have refined for decades, and so was the rule she cannot break: describe what is there, never promise you an outcome. The geometry is astronomy. The craft is ours. The voice is Vela's.

Because your lines move fast: about 1° for every 4 minutes of birth time, which is often the difference between a line running through your city and one three states away. Use the time on your birth certificate, not a rounded memory. If you genuinely don't have it, check "My time is approximate" during intake: Vela will still read your chart, but will speak to your strongest, most stable lines and hedge the fine-grained ones rather than claim a precision the data doesn't support.

Within 24 hours, and usually the following morning. You get an email confirming your order straight away, with a link to a page that shows your own lines being drawn, and a second email when the reading is ready. The wait is doing something: once Vela has written your reading she reads it back against the engine's own figures and cuts anything the chart will not support, and every reading is checked against those figures again before it is sent to you. There is nothing to keep open in the meantime.

Whichever reading you choose, it arrives three ways: a private web page you can open anywhere, a designed PDF to download, and a narrated version to listen to. All of it is yours to keep, permanently. Nothing is time-limited, nothing is watermarked, and nothing expires if you don't read it this week.
